Important announcement for Timeshare Members

Dear Members,


After twenty years of operating The Residence, mostly on a timeshare basis, we have decided not to continue the sales operation with effect from 14th of July 2023.

The timeshare operation has been very important for PortoBay over these twenty years.

The time has come for us to progressively incorporate this inventory into the hotel operations at Vila Porto Mare.

We will honour all existing contracts, fulfilling the agreed conditions until the end of each contract.

We also inform you that current Members of The Residence will continue to receive excellent assistance from the Administration and Guest Relations team, as has happened to date.

As Prestige Gold customers, you will maintain all the privileges and conditions provided for, as a Gold member, as part of our loyalty programme.

We reinforce the point of maintaining and honouring the excellence of our relationships, cemented not only in the entire period of experience as timeshare Members, but also in the different hotel experiences maintained over these years.
