THE MEMBERS' REPRESENTATIVE

The Members' Representative is one of our own members, who has been elected via the AGM for a period of 3 years. Their role is to try to ensure that the quality of The Residence and the ethos of its management are maintained at the levels outlined at the time of purchase. The present Members' Representative is Paul Child.

The idea is to look after your interests by raising any general concerns or comments with The Residence management.

The Members' Representative attends the AGM, and is involved in discussions about the operation of The Residence.


MEMBERS' CONTACTS

To assist the Members' Representative, there are three Members' Contacts, who would be your first point of contact if you wanted to raise a comment or concern.
Any owner can raise a matter with the appropriate Members’ Contact which is likely to be of general interest to a significant number of owners. They will not deal with day-to-day issues, which should be addressed directly the Members' Office, or for operational issues, with reception.

ALLOCATION

There are three Members' Contacts, and who you should contact depends on the lowest week number that you own. Contact should be made only by email or post. You can see below the allocation and their email address. Charles and Pat are new to the role so be gentle with them :)
